Is there a way to determine where the delay is when downloading a the website?

As expected, connecting through localhost and internal ip is lightning fast except on a couple laptops (1 Apple G4 and 1 Toshiba).

Connecting from remote locations (Thanks to Atlanta Bread Company for the free Wi-Fi laugh ) those same laptops load the PSW website quickly.

The biggest problem comes when one of our biggest customers has significant delays from there desktop computer.

We have 2 bonded T1's that gives us an upload rate of 3Mbps.

Web site loading time is very dependent upon the line speed and other usage. Not only on your site, but also on the other side (Wi-fi in this case, which can be very slow; you could test downloading a larger file from a different location and check for the throughput.).
Are the 2 T1's specifically for the PSW server?

Would it be possible to send an e-mail with the public web address of your PSW server to support [at] printshopweb [dot] com?
If possible with information about a test account; otherwise we could still test for basic connectivity (login page loading speed, ping timings, traceroute to check slow hops)

Thanks,
Floris

The t1's are shared with about 15 other computers and phone lines. I know these things can slow it down and I don't know when our customer has tried it. Will send that information to you in a couple minutes.
