Is there a way to mass import a folder of images? I have nearly 100 images to upload for a client and it takes way too much time to do individually...

The file names would be fine as the image name in the collection - and description could be done later if needed.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply... I tried that and it didn't work. I also tried to use CTRL click to select individual files (again, this works in Windows Explorer and just about anywhere else) but that didn't work either.

Could it be that I am using Firefox instead of IE? I will try that too and report back...

Ok, so I tried IE and Google Chrome and neither allowed selecting multiple files.

Thanks, any other ideas?

Sure... I login and go to "Collections" from the top main tool bar.

From "Collection(s) Overview(1 items)" I click the name of the collection I want (currently only 1 exists)

After that opens, I click the "Add" button at the bottom of "Asset(s) Overview(16 items)"

This brings up a "New Asset" dialog window where I "Browse" to the folder in question.

At this point, I select one file - but if I try to CTRL+click or SHIFT+click it just highlights the one I clicked instead of selecting multiple files (as you suggested).

Once I select the file, I click "Open" and it goes back to "New Asset" dialog - here I can type in a name and description and then click "Upload"

Oops...oh dear, I didn't see that this was the PrintShop Web forum, I thought it was PlanetPress. My apologies. I'm going to delete my posts to avoid further confusion.

I am not sure if PSW can do this or not. I guess more tests will have to be done, and me or someone will have to get back to you. If it's an urgent issue, I suggest you open a technical support request. You can go to our web page, then Services->Support->Report an Issue. One of our technicians will assist you as soon as possible.

Regards,
Rapha
