One client is using PSW to generate order forms and need to download and print the softproof before approval. The softproof PDF is password protected and printing is disabled.

Where can I change this setting (and is it global or selective)? Also, what password does it use by default? I tried the job number but that didn't work...

Thanks

Hi Max,

You can set the softproof print permissions per template. By default softproof printing is restricted. To change the print permission of a template:
  • Navigate to the template Properties page in the Publication Type section
  • Click Edit
  • Change the Print permissions to High Resolution or Low Resolution (150dpi) (Softproof field set)
  • Click Save to store the change
