Hi

I would just like to know if Printshop Web is Vista SP1 compatible, as I have had no problems using it on xp (sp2) and managed to get it working on Vista with no SP.

But on a clients PC (vista sp1), I get an "Invalid Argument" error nearing the end of the installation, followed by a few other printer driver related errors. There are only basic printer drivers installed, nothing fancy...

I tried installing it on another PC on their network, but unfortunately also running Vista SP1 and gave me the same error.

p.s. After the errors, the installation did complete, however when starting the web services manager, I got a "has stopped working" error. And also get a "could not start" error when trying to start the Printshop service manually.

Any help would be appreciated.

It is a completely different program, but he is getting the same errors I am getting, maybe it is related.

Officially PSW is not supported on Vista. We are aware of the issues with the setup on Vista. These issues will be addressed in the oncoming PSW version, PSW 3.0 will be released in June. For PSW 2.2 we advise to use Windows XP Pro or Windows 2003 Server.
