I'm working on PrintShop Web for a client of my web agency. The software was already installed when we got the job and I have to end the configuration for the client.

I updated the software to the latest 2.2.1 version and since that, I have no more thumbs in the "New Document" page, which means I can't order anything ! I've read every bit of documentation, searching for something to configure but after a whole day of looking around, still no luck...

Does anyone have an idea about this issue ? Help would be greatly appreciated

If you re-publish the PSM document it should re-write the thumbnails.

If you don't have access to the original PSM documents, you should be able to access them on the PSW server under \Program Files\PrintShop Web\Website\files\publicationtypes (you will have to search through sub directories to find your files)

When you have a category that contains multiple documents you have to manually specify the thumbnail under Publication Types of the server itself.

Thanks for your idea Max, however, it was related to the skin used by the older version not having the necessary items to work on the new 2.2.1 version.

Objectif Lune sent me the default skin from 2.2.1 and that solved the problem.
