Hello there,
I'm working on PrintShop Web for a client of my web agency. The software was already installed when we got the job and I have to end the configuration for the client.
I updated the software to the latest 2.2.1 version and since that, I have no more thumbs in the "New Document" page, which means I can't order anything ! I've read every bit of documentation, searching for something to configure but after a whole day of looking around, still no luck...
Does anyone have an idea about this issue ? Help would be greatly appreciated
