This morning, I upgraded our Planet Press Version 5 to Version 6.2. We have 4 printers licensed. Everything seems to be working fine except that one of my printers is printing the Watch Serial Watermark.

In Watch, I split the output to another printer, and it prints the output fine without a Watermark. I deleted and re-added the suspect printer in the "Printer Activations" in Watch, but it didn't fix anything.

Any suggesstions?

Hello,

You can try to reprint a PlanetPress Status Page for that specific printer and verify if the magic number is the same as the one used to issue the original ativation code.

If it has changed (and may following changes made to the printer) please contact our Activation Department at activations@ca.objectiflune.com.

If the Magic number is the same, make sure the activation code appears in the Help / Printer Activation code of PlanetPress Design and PlanetPress Watch.

If you are still printing with a watermark, I recommend contacting our Activation Department
