We have a PlanetPress 6 installation with a couple of changes looming on the horizon. And, I am the new support guy who has been tasked with handling licensing issues.

Who should I contact regarding...
(01) A near term problem where we want to replace the hard drive on our high speed printer. I've been told that there is a license key installed on the printer which will need to be re-installed.

(02) Questions regarding moving our software license from the existing high speed printer to a different one.

If you are replacing hardware or moving our software on another machine, you should contact our Activations department.

Phone: 1866-348-5863 press 2 for activations

You will need the Printer's serial number if you are changing printer.
Print the Status Page from PlanetPress to both the new and old printer and send that to us.
The Status Page is found under Tools | Document Management and select PlanetPress Printer Status page.

You will then sign a license transfer and we will provide you with an activation code.
