I've been doing a lot of work with conditions in Planetpress Design recently, I would really find the following 2 features usefull additions;

1) A graphical representation of which conditions have been forced True or False using Override mode. For example the red/green diamond could be circled or underlined when in override.

2) A quick way of changing override such as right click or keyboard shortcut.

As for including them into any specific version, I am unfortunately unable to make such promises because in any release, there may be items that get added to or dropped from the list of features until late in the development process.

But we try and fit as many as possible in each version. So make sure you keep your software up to date and check whether your request made it!
