I recently installed PPress Suite v7.0 on a new server. Is there any way to 'migrate/upgrade' v6.0 PPressDesign document 'en masse' without having to open the v6.0 document and doing a 'Save As' v7.0?

This is not necessary. Simply loading a PP6 and saving it to PP7 will not change anything notable to the Document except its extension (or unless you modify something in its design).

As an example, when you receive your upgrade to your favorite Word Processing application, you don't need to open up all the letters you've written in the past just to save them back to the new format. The same is true for PlanetPress Suite 7.

I hope this helps,

I mis-stated the question. I want to take the .ptk documents in v6.0 and 'move' them to PPressWatch v7.0. Is there an easier way to do this than having to open each document in PPressDesign v7.0 and doing a 'Send to...'?

Steve,

You can go in the Documents folder of Watch 6, copy all .ptk files in there, and paste them in V7's folder.

V6 Document folder location:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 6\PlanetPress Watch\Documents

V7 Document folder location:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\PlanetPress Watch\Documents

Regards,
Rapha
