DebbieB Junior Member Registered: 08/18/06 Posts: 19	I am getting the following error when I try to send a form to "Planet Press Workflow" Error message: Exception EOSError in module PPress.exe at 0006A2FA. Could not get file name in path "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\Messenger": Error code 3: The system cannot find the path specified.

Raphael Lalonde Lefebvre OL Expert Registered: 10/14/05 Posts: 4956 Loc: Objectif Lune Montreal	This issue was handled by technical support. Basically, the issue was that both Messenger 6 and 7 were set to automatic, and tried running at the same time. Because of that, Messenger 7 couldn't start properly. So we made 6 to be manual, rebooted the machine, and now Messenger 7 was able to start properly, and we were able to send the forms to Watch.
