I am very new to actually using PressTalk (thank you for WYSIWYG) but I am experimenting with clippaths. Is there an invert clippath command, similar to the invert clipped region? In simple english? I used the PressTalk editor to create the clippath, but didn't see an invert option.

Thanks!
Rhonda

jorhonda,

There is no "invert clippath" command, though it's possible to create an inverted clippath through some calculations.

The easiest way to do that is to create the clipped path using the data selector(select the region to clip, drag it on the page while holding down the right mouse button, and choose "Insert Clipped Region"), double-click on the picture, and check "Invert clipped region". That should do the trick. If you want to see the code, select the picture object, and go to Tools->Convert to PlanetPress Talk, and you'll see the calculations that are done to make the inverted clippath.

Hope that helps.

Regards,
Rapha
