I am trying to create a label that is 2" x 4" that will print out of a Dymo Labelwriter Duo. Has anyone been able to make this work through Planet Press? I am having trouble because only 1" of the 2" label prints. It cuts half of the data off of the label.

I set up Dymo label printing a while back and was able to get it to work. Since it must use Windows Printing Output doublecheck the properties of the Dymo print driver. I think you can set the label size in it. As I recall I had a similar problem and resolved it by changing the print driver settings.
