Still no resolution on this topic? I have yet another job that needs a specific font that is just not coming through on my print job. frown

I read an article in the knowledge database that says in versions prior to 7, that the font version had to be 2 or higher. Is that still an issue with PP Version 7?

Tanya,

I have still not attempted to try this solution. As soon as I do I will report back to this post.

I estimate within the next few weeks I will be able to set up a test process in watch and try to feed a form with a custom font through it.

Jason

Tanya,

Perhaps you could open a technical support issue to get this looked at by one of our technicians - we'll be able to do a remote connection, take a look at your files, etc. You can do this by phone or through the web .

One thing to check before you call though which is extremely important (in fact, it's critical): make sure you are not running under Windows "Terminal Server" (not to be confused with a simple remote desktop). This is more likely to happen under Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008. To verify this find the "Manage your server" or "Configure your server" icon, which is generally under the start menu, sometimes under control panel. If you have "Terminal Server" under the machine's roles, then there is a good change this would be your issue - Terminal Server is not a supported environment precisely because of these types of issues.

Hope this helps,
Eric.
