I answer to myself. it can be useful to others.
I tested 8 PDF, I have 7 no work with adobe version 4.X and 1 that works adobe version 5.x
Conclusion: compatible from 5.X?

INDUS,

Acrobat 4.0 generates pdf version 1.3, and that should be compatible with PlanetPress 7, as I tested it before and it works fine.

That said, the pdf file format can be tricky, as it contains PostScript code that is merged with our own PostScript code, and sometimes, this can cause some errors. A potential solution is to try to regenerate the pdf, and see if it works better. Try resaving the pdf from Acrobat, for example. Or do a Save As to a .ps, and use Distiller to generate the pdf.

Let us know if regenerating the pdf files helps.

Regards,
Rapha

I tried save as with adobe pro 8 but not changed.
I tried with different settings and version number.
I can not generate the PDF because it's the PDF of my client.

PDF that runs = a TrueType font
PDF that doesn't run, the font encoding Type1 integrated. (I don't know)
It's the problem ?
