Hi,

To debug this error in a document I did the following:
I created a PP7 document with pdf input, highlighted the whole pdf page in the data pane and inserted it on the form page as 'Clipped Region'.
So the output should be identical to the input. The preview works fine.
In Watch I created a process that has Windows Queue Input using PP printer driver (RAW format with 'Create pdf with metadata checked), and output to Imaging.
When I open the pdf and print using PP Printer driver, I get the following error message in Watch:
Generating an Optimized PostScript Stream job.
I0012 : Error merging: I/O error 103
I0006 : PlanetPress Image output failed on host 127.0.0.1
PlanetPress Image: W1603 : Plugin failed - 08:31:25

Any suggestion?

Also 15 minutes after running the process, when I tried to do a Send configuration I got the below errors (one after the other):
An error occured while stopping service: W1061: Error uninitializing the COM subsystem

An error occured while starting the service: System Error. Code 1056. An instance of the service is already running.

Please note the following:
Printing from Acrobat pages on PP printer driver:
- 1 to 13, I got at the output pdf 1-12
- 1 to 30, I got at the output pdf 1-26
- The whole file (300 pages) I got the merging error mentione previously.

Any idea why Imaging fails?

This error could have a number of file-access or user rights causes, and the second error will give us the exact one. This could be one of the following: * I0009 : Error parsing: %s * I0010 : Error creating output file: %s * I0011 : Error replacing data with print stream

Solution : Solve the second error to resolve this one. Make sure the PlanetPress Watch service is using the proper user rights.

This also seems to be a memory error.

If the problem is not resolved, please contact support.

Just updated to latest version 7.1.1.5104. Having the same error:

DEBUG: Initializing document XDP_SLM-M0.ptk...
DEBUG: Setting global variables...
DEBUG: Producing an Optimized PostScript document...
ERROR: W3001 : Error while executing plugin: I/O error 103
ERROR: Create PDF: W1603 : Plugin failed - 12:05:37

If I create a PDF with a small number of pages (1000), it works. If I try to create a PDF with a larger number of pages (16,000), it fails with the error above.

Any ideas?
