After the recent upgrade to ver 7, the "Brush Script" font is no longer printing on pdfs generated through Image, it defaults to Courier. The font prints correctly and is viewable through the Design Tool, but any pdf generated does not have this font. Wouldn't the font have been downloaded when I sent the form from the Design Tool? If not how can I get this font from my previous version (ver. 6)?

If the Design tool and Workflow service are on different machines, you would have to make sure you have the font installed on both machines.

Also, make sure that you are entering proper credentials for your services; that is, in Workflow go to Tools, Configure Services, uncheck "Local System Account" and put in proper credentials for the services (normally, the same domain, username and password you use to logon to the machine from Design). Restart the services.

Last but not least, make sure Workflow and Design are not installed on a "Terminal Server" (not to be confused with remote desktop connection) that accepts multiple simultaneous connections, as this is not a supported environment and could cause those issues.

I'm sorry, I didn't explain this very well initially. The font was working fine on the Planet Watch machine under ver 6. When I upgraded the Planet Watch machine to ver 7, the font was no longer available. The font was there prior to the upgrade to the same machine, it became unavailable after the upgrade.

While the first resolution, in this case, does not apply, the second one you definitely need to check (as the permissions for account information are not automatically imported in the new version during the upgrade) and still make sure that you are not using Terminal Server.
