Hi, my customer is not able to install V7.
They get the following error:
1152: Error extracting
C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\{D6FF9!
Suite 7.msi to the temporary location

They rebooted the machine, disabled the anti-virus without any luck. Also installed the 3 prerequisites (VC++2005, Dotnetfx, Microsoft WSE runtime)

Any idea?

Error 1152 is a Windows Installer error, which means it failed to install on the Temp directory. There could be a couple possibilities here:

- The Temp folder may be unavailable or the disk may be full. Make sure you have enough hard disk space, and that the TEMP variable is correctly set on your system.
- The installer may be corrupt. Try redownloading the installer, and see if it works better.
- You might not have the permission to use the Temp folder. Make sure you are using an account that has full admin rights and access to the Temp folder.

Also, on what system are you trying to install it? If you're installing on a Terminal Server, this isn't a supported environment and you may encounter problems.
