Hi,

I have come across a couple of issues that you may / may not be aware of with PSM7 that I would like to bring to your attention.

When selection an object like a text box, the properties panel scroll bar does not work. you have to select the object twice to scroll.

On selecting an object to move its position, it doesn't always deselect other selected objects first.

When having two PSM 7 files open, it appears that the data fields from the second PSM file appear in the first files list box as well as its data fields even though they are connected to two different databases. it doesn't happen every time though! - it has happend twice and caught me out both times! :p

When selecting 'Edit Expression' from the popup menu, It appears, again not always, that there is other information present to edit that hasn't anything to do with the variables in the text box you require to edit.

1. Scrollbar in properties panel: How are you trying to scroll? Using the mousewheel? Clicking the scrollbar? If you're saying the mousewheel should work even though the panel doesn't have input focus I think you have a point.

2. Not deselecting other objects: We're aware of it, should be fixed in the next update.

3. Data fields: This happens after copy-pasting an object that references data fields. For example, a text object might contain variables that have expressions with references to data fields. It should be fixed in the next update. If you can reproduce it without copy-pasting an object please let us know.

4. We do show an additional entry for image objects called [Property "Page Number"], since Page Number is a variable property that can be linked to an expression. Is that what you mean? If not, can you give an example?

1. It doesn't scroll when clicking on the scrollbar or using the scroll wheel. Even when the property panel has focus! Clicking the object again allows the use of the scroll bar.

3. Yep - It's when a text box has been copied, even though the variables have been deleted they still show up in the data fields list box?

4. I have just done a test and it's because of not deselecting objects causes the issue. I get the property 'Image 1.page number' and variable 'Image 1' appear. This is becase of the selection has the Image/PDF still selected.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm afraid I can't reproduce [1], maybe it depends on the platform you're using?
