First of all good work on the system OL thumps up.

But nothing is perfect so ofcourse i got some questions

1. Is it possible to make the "Product code:" field in Documents >> Properties an variable data that the customers needs to fill in ?

Problem is that we have a customer that design their own stuff but we prints it, so we have put out a couple of different upload documents for them ex. a poster. Now they would like to set a "Product code/Produkt ID" that we can put on our invoices so they can reference to the specific job / product in their internal system.

2. Is there any way to make a "comments" field at the bottom of every order ? so that our customer might send along a message if so is needed ?

3. We sell some flyers and the price rate goes 100, 250, 500 and 1000 in quantity, ofcourse in this case i would use the amazing "Volume discount table system" but aint there any way to make it possible for the customer to order 1500 though it is not in the "Volume discount table". So it works like a query on the price ?

This is kind of answer ASAP post :), would be great if someone could give me some answer or advise pretty fast.

BTW: in qustion 1, I forgot to say that the Product code will change for every time they order, so that first time it might be "Splash456london" and next time it could be "Splash897Copenhagen".

Hi,

For Question 1 & 2: Product code & Comments
For this purpose the order form includes a Reference field (Shipping page) and a Comments field.


Note that these fields relate to the order, currently it is not possible to enter this information per job. It could be done with some custom coding. A custom webform page could be shown before placing the job in the cart. The information entered should be written to a custom database table and the operator could view this information in the order manager (e.g. the job details page).


Question 3: Enter custom quantity if discount table doesn't include the appropriate quantity.
