I've trying to arrange the order of user input fields in one PSM document uploaded to PSWeb, but when I fill the resulting form I've noticed that some fields are missing.

That behavior doesn't occurs if I don't change this order.

Any ideas?

I'm in hurry because I'll begin to publish some documents in my production environment (web store).

What exactly do you mean by "arrange the order"? Are you reordering the fields in the data, or in the PSM form itself? We need to know exactly what you do, step by step.

I'm trying to upload to W2003 Server from W7.

Just came across a similar issue

Uploading from Windows7 PSM 7.0.5 to Windows XP PSM 7.0.1

And one of my user input fields whent missing.

Uploading it locally now to see if it resolves the issue.
