sergyh OL Newbie Registered: 12/18/09 Posts: 11 Loc: Spain	I'm getting problems in my PSWeb site when the users "renders" the documents (in preview and softproof too). They receive a "Busy processing engine" message. The documents aren't too large and only have one photo. I've been checking the available memory of my 2GB RAM, Dual Xeon Dell Server and I have 1GB free. Can I tweak the config of PSW in order to use some more free resources of the server? Thanks for all.

Marc-Andr Unregistered	Hi Sergyh, I have run into that issue on a previous call. We simply restarted the PrintShop Mail services from the PrintShop Mail Web Services interface. Hope that helps. Marc
