Hello,
I have a PSMW server with over 600 clients and 3000 contacts.
Since each account has FTP access, I have at least 600 publicationTypes.
When I use PHP Storefront() function in a customized page to build a tree view, the query takes more than a minute before getting a response and myslqd.exe takes 15% of system resources of my server throughout this time.
How do I deal with this problem?
Best regards

ipg,

Please note that custom php scripting is not supported, and so it is possible that certain scripts or commands might have an impact on performance and/or functionalities of the software. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for custom php scripting.

If you are interested in having us create a working customized solution for you, please contact your reseller and ask about getting a quote for professional services.

There's only end-users support on your products? I can expect no help as on Mis integration than on customization or SDK?

ipg,

We offer support on installing, using and configuring our products. However due to the complexity of the work, offering support on skinning, scripting, programming, web design or integration is not possible.

There are some PDF guides that may provide some information on the integration methods available here, but that is the extent of the offered support at this point.

As Raphaël mentions, we do offer professional services that can do this for you as a paid project.

ipg,

We do not provide support for customization, SDK and anything involving custom scripting.

You can check the various guides on our web site, which may contain information to help you(we have one on MIS integration):

However, as written at the top of the page:
