Hi there,

we're setting up a lot of stickers that need the 128 barcode......

the numbers are for example like... 2011AR000001 to 2011AR123456. We've installed the barcode fonts on the pc but there are so many to choose from it's very hard to figure out which ones to use.

Any help appreciated.

it may even need a 39 barcode.... we're not sure but that info probobly has to come from the client I'm guessing, whatever type of reader they are using . (just a guess).

pspdfppd,

As you say yourself, it really depends on the client's needs and their barcode reader. In terms of what you need as a font for 128 barcodes, the font names (when selected in PrintShop Mail) will describe which one you need to use.

The font list is built as such:
PSM-BarcodeType-FontSize-TT

So in your case, you would probably need PSMC128P48DLTT or something like that - the exact font necessary really depends on the client's specs. I'm not sure what the DL/DM/DH/HR means in the font name though, perhaps someone wi more experience with PSM6 can shed some light on that.

Hi:

the DL, DH,DM refer to the density of the barcode. DL is low density, takes more space than DH which is high density. HR refers to Human Readable, shows the value of the barcode with a normanl font.

You can find a detailed explanation of this in the Quick reference guide located here: PSM BARCODES Quick Reference Guide
