Barry Wong OL Newbie Registered: 01/09/11 Posts: 11	Hi, all I got an error while installing PlanetPress Suite 7 Error 1920.Service PPMessenger7 (PPMessenger7) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. conditions: My server joined domain and installed planetpress suite 7 successfully. Also, I configured a workflow and it works fine. However, I uninstalled planetpress and disconnected from domain. After those steps, re-installing planetpress and I got above error. Is there any application data I have to remove manually ? Thanks, Barry
