We are using version 7.net.

We are trying to activate our dongle with the code sent to us. When we copy/paste we get a message that says "dongle not activated."

When we start the license manager, we get error 10049.

Please help.

Jpizzle,

First, make sure the dongle is properly working. When you plug it in the USB, does it lights-up?

If so, then did you try activating the dongle from the license manager or from PrintShop Mail 7? Try to do it from PrintShop Mail 7.
