Jpizzle OL Newbie Registered: 02/12/10 Posts: 9 Loc: USA	We are using version 7.net. We are trying to activate our dongle with the code sent to us. When we copy/paste we get a message that says "dongle not activated." When we start the license manager, we get error 10049. Please help. Thanks

When you plug it in the USB, does it lights-up? If so, then did you try activating the dongle from the license manager or from PrintShop Mail 7? Try to do it from PrintShop Mail 7.
