We have loaded print Shop mail v7.1 (build 7032) for a demo before we buy it on a XP sp3 2.8 ghz 2GB RAM device with 30GB on HDD. with the user that installed it every time you try to insert a .pdf or any other file for that matter we get a "manhandled exception" error and the program crashes. The weird thing is when I log in as me it works fine. She does have superuser rights and print manger rights. I have a print screen of the error.

From what you're saying, if you log under one user, you get errors, but if you use a different user, you don't.

Seems to me like some sort of permission issue. Check the permissions on the pdf files that you're trying to import, and make sure the user that has the errors has all permissions on the pdf. If it doesn't help, you might want to talk with your IT manager, so that he/she can double-check the permissions assigned to the user with the error, and compare what's different with the other one that works, and make the appropriate changes.
