Hi,

We have been able to send faxes from PP Fax after new installation and transfering license to a differnet server. However, there is a certain problem with that we are facing now.
The new server restarts everyday and when it does the PP Fax connector looses the IP address of new server.
This way the faxes stop automatically. Is there any way that PP Fax can store the IP address even when the server is OFF.

Sorry to hear that you are still having issues with the PP Fax connector.

I am not sure why this is happening. But I will do some testing here on my side and get back to you.

In the mean time of course if anybody has any suggestions they are always welcomed.

PP Fax works fine today after the server restarted. The fax connector does not show the Host IP (of new server).

I will monitor the case in detail and get back with any other information.

Hi Marc,

How are you doing?

To access outside number (i.e. outside of area code 225) we have to dial 91. Can you tell me how to include this in the dialing options in PP Fax Manager.
If I give 91 it only dials with prefix as 1 and not 91.
Anybody has ideas, please suggest.

Hi Rakesh,

I am not sure if you got this resolved or not but you might want to try this.

Double click on the Fax shortcut go into the dialling options and make sure you have in the Access an outside line box you have 9 entered in there.

You can also choose which area codes not to dial the 1 for.

That should take care of that issue.
