I am trying to print a status page to a KONICA Minolta printer so I can apply the license but nothing prints.
We've tried printing a status page to another Konica printer (same model) and that worked fine as well as printing the status page to other printers (different models) we have in the building. It is only this particular one that is not working.
Is there a reason why this would happen?

nukkira,

While the status page works on most printers, it happens that on some printers, it doesn't. Each printers are different, and it happens once in a while that one won't print it.

Make sure the printer supports postscript. If it does, you should be able to print something from PlanetPress. If that's the case, then we may have some tools that you can use as an alternative to the status page to get the numbers needed to activate the printer. I suggest that you open a technical support issue by calling 1-866-348-5863, or use the web support:

Raphael,
Thanks for your response. I'll try to print to those printers from Planet Press and I'll open a support call with Objectiflune with the results.
I hope we can somehow get the printer ID so we can add the license since we were thinking the only solution was to replace the printer.

Thanks again,
Nukkira
