Hi, on the laptop I am using, the UI appears wierd and when Create Project is chosen, the window does not appear at all.


I have made screenshots but am unsure how to attach it here. attached screenshots. I am on Windows 7 Professional OS (64 bits) with graphics of 1920 x 1080.

Maybe you can just upload your images to a site, and give us the link?

Have you tried maybe rebooting, or if it doesn't help, reinstall EnvelopeNOW?

Sorry for the delay, for some reasons, I did not get any notifications that this thread had been updated.

Couple things here:
- Have you tried setting the resolution to something different, just for the purpose of testing? Mine is 1440x900 and I have no problems, what happens if you lower the resolution? Does it look better?
- Are you using version 1.1.4 of EnvelopeNOW? If not, try downloading the latest version.
- Have you try reinstalling?
- Did you reboot your system?

Start with that, and let us know how it goes!

No worries Raphael. Thanks for all the suggestions, these I tried before submitting the thread. I had been desktop support, systems adminstrator and network administrator before, so have gone through all possible troubleshooting steps before submitting any problems to 2nd level. what I am not is a programmer and developer haha.

I had resolved it by atttaching external projector onto my laptop and moving back the window from the extended screen. Somehow it has something to do with the desktops being duplicated or extended when having dual displays.

Anyway, thanks for all the support.
