Hi there,

For integration we've opted for an HTML framed solution, but in the URL we're adding the template we want to use which is http://www.domain.com?fcWebDesign=templateName, but it doesn't use the right template, it keeps using the default theme.

Any reason why this won't work?

Regards,
Jacques

Jacques,

Normally, you should just type your domain's address, followed by /companyname. So it could look like:

http://www.objectiflune.com/MyCompany

You can then login as one of the users for that company. However, I know that sometimes, to see the layout differences(such as colors and pictures) between companies, you may need to clear up your browser's cache in some cases to see the changes.

Hi Raphael,

That doesn't seem to match what you're documentation is saying where it talks about query strings being used to switch between templates.

More importantly, we have the application being hosted as standalone as well as integrated into the companies corporate site, so we need the ability to have two different skin sets in use. How can we achieve that?

Regards,
Jacques

Hi Raphael,

Any answer?

I must say the support for this product is very poor.
