Hi Jimmy,

Are they still using a local printer? or a shared network printer.

When using print using a windows driver - it is always best practice to add that printer as a local tcp/ip printer.

The printer is setup on port USB001. Do I need to change that port?
Also planet press is running fine today, no unexpected shutdowns.

Port USB001 generally means that the printer is physically connected to the host PC via USB cable - meaning not a networked printer. If this IS a usb printer that is being shared for printing over a network...eh smirk

had another unexpected shutdown of ppwatch service this morning. i really need to find what is causing this. it seems to be random, the customer will go days with no problem and then out of nowhere ppwatch will just shutdown.
