Hi all,

Seems I have error files for pretty much every job sent through PP Image. There are hundreds of <random alpha-numeric>.ps files, generally around 550KB each. I just deleted over 5 GB of them. Need to know where they come from, and how to prevent them from showing up at all.

These files are located here
C:\Documents & Settings\All Users\App Data\Objectif Lune\PP Suite 7\PP Image\error
I need them to stop. Help please? Many thanks!

Do you get errors in the Image log? Maybe there are actual errors, and if that's the case, we should take care of them.

Please check the Image logs for errors. They can be found in:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\PlanetPress Image\Log

Any clue on this?
All I'm doing is using PP Image to save a PDF copy of the docs I'm printing. Wondering if it's as simple as a checkbox or something that needs to be checked or unchecked.

It would be best at this point to open a technical support call so that someone can take a look at your document, data file, and get a copy of that postscript file so we can test it. You can do this by phone or through the web.
