I am trying to use the TRIM function and failing miserably. I have (the 'q' is a zapf dingbat box):

q @G04@ @G04A@

So if there's nothing in @G04@, I have created a variable in @G04A@ that says:

IF ([G04A]="", "Other ________","")

but I have been unable to get the space to go away between the @G04@ @G04A@. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hello again Diana,

This is actually good IF ([G04A]="", "Other ________","") as the print condition.

However the space between the @G04@ and @G04A@ (@G04@ @G04A@) has to go. Because everytime @G04A@ is true it carries the leading space.

Regards,

Julio
