Hello!

Is there a module to choose how to export orders?
Format the table, choose the headers...
To match the export with import model of a third-party software billing.

How do you generate invoices, you?

thx!

Tom,

I'm not sure I understand your question... What exactly are you trying to do?

Normally, form design is done on the PrintShop Mail level, where you place your fields, addresses, etc... Then, PrintShop Mail Web can be used to order this form, and allows users to submit their own data through their web browser to merge with the form, although the form itself cannot be edited from PrintShop Mail Web, it is edited in PrintShop Mail.

I may have misunderstood your question, so let me know if that doesn't answer to your question.

Regards,
Raphaël Lalonde Lefebvre

Hello Raphael, and thanks!

I probably misspoke :)Its not about design at all.
I speak, in fact, of the billing system of PrintShopMail web.
(or rather, the lack of billing system)
What is the best way to generate an invoice after an order?

We use Cogilog as accounting/billing software, and we need to transfer orders from PSMW to it.
For the moment we re-entered orders by hand.
But we would like to use the system of export included, which is not configurable.

So what you'd like is instead of getting an Excel report when clicking Export, you'd like to have a full invoice like you're producing from your Cogilog software, or even send files directly to that software.

Unfortunately, the functionality of Export is not natively configurable, and there is no ways to change what it outputs, or to have it output to a third party software. It may be possible to create a custom php solution for this, but then it becomes a custom solution, and you'd need to purchase professional services for that. You can always contact your reseller if you're interested in this option.

Tom,

Have you looked at the MIS integration options?

It is a built in module.

PrintShop web is able to output preformatted XML for each order which can update your accounting system if it is compatible.

Thank you!
I suspected that.
But i supposed we are not alone to charge the work generated from psmw?
That's why I asked the question of what system/tool are used by others.

Soon we will invest in the B2C solution, the billing system must be integrated right?

thx
Tom

edit :
I missed your post Tyran van Zyl!
I'll take a look at this
