Hi,
I'm trying to print checks on a RICOH AFICIO SP 4210N but missing some data on the printout, the form is in the hard disk of the printer and the spool is from the AS400.
Before we print the same spool on a LEXMARK and the form is in the flash.
I think the issue is with the PJL commands that I send to the printer.
Please help.

Hi Anis,

The problem could be caused by many things, and it is not clear what you are exactly experiencing. I would advise opening a support ticket so you can share data, forms, and explain further what the problem is.

Are you using the same form for both printers? Is the AS-400 queue setup exactly the same for both data streams? Have you changed the emulation in one of the forms?

You can open a support ticket either via our website or at 1-866-348-5863.

Thanks. Regards,
Olivier
