Hi,

I was wondering how would I take a report that had lets say 5 items per page, I want to identify the Item then have it print each one on its own page?

So if I had 3 pages of 5 items per page, the result would be 15 pages printing all of the items on their own page.

thanks

Ziggy,

This all depends on what kind of report you are receiving.

What kind of report are you receiving? Is it some text data, a pdf, or another type of data?

To be honest, I'm not sure what you are trying to do. If you already have three pages with 5 items per pages, why would you want to print 15 pages with 1 item on each pages?

Please provide more information, so we can better understand the situation, and what you are trying to do.

thanks Raphael,

what I am doing is trying to make a label from the data. The Report is actually an Inbound Receiving list, so I want 1 label to print per item. The label will actually be a Letter size sheet. so I will take all the item info and make it really large font and also include some header info ( like Receipt #)

Ziggy,

What we'd have to do then is find a way to split your data file differently, so that we get only one data page per labels.

It will be easier to troubleshoot this if we actually get a copy of your data. So I suggest that you open up a technical support issue, so that you can upload your file, and a technician can look a it, and figure out the best way to handle it. You can open a web support issue as this URL:

http://www.objectiflune.com/OL/en-CA/Services/Support/ReportIssue.aspx

Upload your data file, as well as your form, and we'll take a look at it.

Thanks Raphael,

I have someone here who can do that also using Planet Watch. I only have access to "Design" so thought I could do something with in the design.
