I'm having issues with the Counter Function repeating numbers when I print, but the file is correct on the print preview.

The release notes for 7.1.3 said this issue has been fixed: www.objectiflune.co.jp/file/psm/PSM7RNE.pdf. However, I cannot locate the correct update. I was instructed to go to this link: http://www.objectiflune.com/OL/en-US/Download/Upgrade/PrintShopMailSuite.aspx - to get the newest update 7.1.3. It appears to actually be just 7.1 which I'm currently on. PLEASE HELP! Kat

Any ideas on the counter issue? I'm printing raffle tickets and have duplicate numbers on the same page. Like I mentioned in my first post, the print preview is correct but prints incorrectly. If I save it as a pdf it is incorrect as well.

I would start by updating to 7.1.3 and see the results.

If you are still having the issue after the update I would recomend opening up a call so we can look into the issue with you.

The issue was still there with the update. I ended up uninstalling PSM and reinstalling it. I did not do any updates and left it in its original state at 7.0 and I do not have the issue anymore. I think there may be some kind of bug in the app for the updates above 7.0. Just a thought. Thanks for your help. Kat
