niko OL Newbie Registered: 04/02/12 Posts: 6	Hi, In PrintShop Mail 7.1.1 there is a problem with QR-code encoding. So, I use variable like names in Russian. Target field in VDP document is QR-codes of these names. Then in resulted PDF file I tried to recognize QR-code by my Android-phone, but I saw "??????" symbols as a result of decoding instead names in Russian. I think that PSM isn't working with Cyrillic symbols/UTF-8 or something else like this. What can you say about it? P.S. I tested my Anroid applications and they work fine with decoding Russian symbols that was QR-coded.

Raphael Lalonde Lefebvre OL Expert Registered: 10/14/05 Posts: 4956 Loc: Objectif Lune Montreal	niko, Have you tried upgrading to the latest version of PrintShop Mail, 7.2? I know there was issues with non-english fonts before in previous versions, and many have been ressolved in the new release. You should upgrade to version 7.2, and see if it fixes the issue.
