Hi does anyone have a solution for automating the backup of database and files?

There isn't an automatic backup feature for the database or the files. But since this is a MySQL database, it shouldn't be any different than backing up any MySQL databases. Maybe do a search on Google, there's probably a lot of ways you can go about this.

As for the files, the directory you'll want to backup is:
C:\Program Files\PrintShop Mail Suite 7\PrintShop Mail Web

This is where the program is installed by default, and this is the folder you'll want to backup. As for automating, again, this is more of a general system maintenance question, and not something specific to PrintShop Mail Web, so I would suggest that you do a search on Google for ways you could accomplish this.
