I need the planetpress ps printer driver installed on my server, unfortunatly even though the printer is ticked in the install options, the printer driver is not being installed. I have repaired and installed production several times. The server is 2008 sp2 32bit. Ant help would be appreciated.

Normally, if you've installed through the installer, the PlanetPress printer should have been installed. Are you sure you have proper permissions to allow drivers to be installed through third-party installers? You might want to double-check the permissions on your system, and also maybe try installing as administrator.

also, have you looked in your even viewer if there are any errors logged about this?

I am local admin on the server. No there are no errors in the event logs. Having a look in the 'programs and features' it shows the Planetpress printer as being installed but it does not show up in the print server properties dirvers tab. Therefor I get an error when trying to setup the Word to PDF connector in production.
