Hello. I have been sending it to UPS to have them scan it and it isn't working. Not really sure what I am doing wrong. I feel like I am doing everything they way I should be.

At this point, I would recommend that you open up a technical support issue, so that we can look at the way you're doing your barcode, and see if you're doing things correctly. You can either call 1-866-348-5863, or use the web support page:
