Ok using the Database splitter in PP7.4. Was getting error on finding the actual DB which is an SQL DB.

I setup the ODBC DSN and verify it through the setup as a good connection test. I then verify the DSN using Excel and MS Access. All good. I could not get a connection when job ran in Production.

I changed the Service logins from Local Service to a specific user and all is good. The question is can I go into Services manager, MS version, and set the services to use Network Service account or will that cause issues?

You should be able to use a network service account. Of course, you do have to make sure that it's actual permissions are correctly setup. The Workflow services are designed to work with an account that has local admin credentials on the machine running Workflow, and that account must have all network permissions required to function. (read and write permissions on input and output folders, proper access to the folders you want to use, etc...)
