Reuben OL Newbie Registered: 09/21/12 Posts: 1	I am attempting to install PlanetPress Suite 7.5.0 onto Windows 7 32 bit. I am using the offline 500 mb zip file. Once it starts installing web media design, I get an error message that says downloading of installation data from the web has failed and I can either resume the broken download or download a new copy instead. Neither option works and just displays the prompt again. I am behind a web proxy, so I am wondering if that has something to do with the issue.

Raphael Lalonde Lefebvre OL Expert Registered: 10/14/05 Posts: 4956 Loc: Objectif Lune Montreal	Reuben, The 500 mb installation package should not give you any problems, and shouldn't try connecting to the web. It should include all the necessary packages. Did you make sure that all the .7zip files that came with it are all in the same folder as the install .exe? If you didn't exctract them or removed them for some reason, then you need to put them back in the same folder as the install .exe. Regards, Raphaël Lalonde Lefebvre
