I have page with layout repetition. How I can add page number for whole page? I try Insert - Page Numbers - Entire Job, but i dont see pege numbers in print preview and in warnings is: Object is not entirely placed on the layout. If I add number on active layout, its repeating on all records with right page number, but i want only one in bottom of page. Thank.

Bea,

The Warning is just that: a Warning, and should not affect the output(it's not an Error). You'll get it if any objects are even a single pixel outside the layout.

That said, it's possible that the page number may be outside the printable area. You should see some blue lines delimiters on the page, and if your page counter is outside the lines, it's possible they might be getting truncated. You might need to move the box up a little to be included in the lines.

Hope that helps! If that doesn't, however, it would be easier if we could see the form, and therefore I would recomment that you open up a technical support issue.

Regards,
Raphaël Lalonde Lefebvre

I'm afraid page numbers at the page level are not supported when you use layout repetition. It's mentioned in the list of known issues:

http://updates.ca.objectiflune.com/Print...lease-notes.pdf

If you know the position of each layout you might be able to come up with an expression (using MOD, RECORD_NR and perhaps LAYOUT_NR) that only prints a page number on the layout at (for example) the bottom-left position. There is no easy workaround..

I print only variables on offset printed paper, 20 record on layout. Total records is more then 200 000 and after my print that paper go to seriography, and nothing from my print won't be visible. Only blank space around. Is possible to print some page numbers anyway in this place?

It would be easier to see if you could open a technical support issue like Raphael suggested.
