I want to make a Worship folder for a church I do business with. The inside of the Worship Folder has the Order of Worship on the left and Sermon Notes on the right. They lay this out in MS Word and would like to just upload the word files on a PSM website template with the formating intact. We have a static pdf background in place and a few variable entries, this is the only part I have left to solve. Does anyone know if this is possible or how I can do it?

The Order of Worship is one file and the Sermon Notes is another. They both are word files with the page size set for the area they are placed into.

PrintPlus,

You cannot upload a Word document to appear in your PrintShop Mail document via PrintShop Mail Web. You can import a .doc file and it will be converted to pdf from PrintShop Mail, but PrintShop Mail Web will not do this automatically. What I suggest is that you convert the Word documents to pdf manually, which can be done if you have Acrobat(Standard or Pro version, not Reader), and then upload those pdf files to PrintShop Mail Web. As a pdf, you will be able to upload the files and use them just fine.

Hope that helps!

It will be my client who will need to upload a pdf to their template on our site. Do I need to create a variable placement area in PSM with an upload capability? How would I go about doing this?

PrintsPlus,

Yes, you will need to create a template with variable image boxes, each containing a variable data field that will be set to "User Input" in it's properties. It will allow you to use a user-uploaded image to be used inside the form.

To be honest, it would be difficult to explain everything over the newsgroup, and I would strongly suggest that you open a technical support issue, so that our technicians can take the time to assist you in achieving your goal. You can call 1-866-348-5863, or use the web page:
