I have a customer that I didn't setup and they are getting a license error, how do I find out what version they are using? If they need printer license etc? Thanks!

rheathcote,

When you say "license error", can you provide a bit more details? Are you getting a message that the software is expired or will expire when you start it, or the software is activated correctly but the printed pages comes out with watermarks?

In other words, we need to know if it's the software or the printer that needs a license, as both are a different thing.

rheathcote,

For Activations purpose, it doesn't matter what version you are using. (though if you want to know, you can start PlanetPress Workflow, and the pop-up will tell you if you have Watch, Office or Production)

Regardless, you will need to contact activations, and send them the new magic number(it will appear in the box where it asks you to enter a new activation code). You can email them at activations@ca.objectiflune.com, or call 1-866-348-5863 and ask for Activations. They will be able to assist you in giving you a new code.

Regards,
