hello everybody
i face a big problem in my site in producation
when i send a mail if i use smtp servers i have error code is
Socket Error # 10061
because
we have 2 smtp servers in both sites and we have 1 server for workload for 2 servers if i use the workload servers to send email i have error code is
ERROR: I1024 : ERROR while sending mail : 5.7.1 Unable to relay
and if i use any of 2 servers to send email , i have error code is
Socket Error # 10061
and if i use outlook to send email i have error code is
I1032 : Extended MAPI not available: I1019 : No default MAPI profile found..

You should contact your mail provider since the socket error likely is caused by a connexion refused. Mail servers often enforce quotas on mail clients to prevent abusive use of automated mailing systems. You might also simply be using wrong credentials or be blocked by a firewall.

To setup a default MAPI profile, open a session in windows using the same credentials as your PlanetPress services, then create a default mail profile in MS Outlook.
