Hi, we installed PlanetPress in a Windows Server 64bit our problem is installing the printer on a 32bit client.

Is there a way to add both 32bit and 64bit driver in the Print Server?

Regards,

Oliver

Hi Oliver,

You will need to extract the 32bit components from the driver installed on a 32bit PC and import them into your 64bit server. That will ensure you don't need anything else in the future to print to that machine through a shared queue. If you don't do that, you will need to install the Objectif Lune printer driver on all 32bit PCs that want to print to a shared queue on the 64bit server.

We can provide the file and procedure in tech support if you would like them.

Hi Olivier,

I'be been trying to add a report using the license key of our end user which starts in AEX1N but it is not working.

I appreciate if you can send us that file and that procedure in adding the 32bit printer driver to 64bit server. It will greatly help our end user since they have more than 2000 32bit client machines

Regards,

Oliver
