DirectSmile Creator Pro v4.2.709
PrintShop Mail Pro 7.1.3.7302

Got error "Smilys could not be debited" everytime we try to send more than 8 records.

This is a PrintShop Mail Pro error. Not DirectSmile error. We ran PrintShop Mail Pro along with DirectSmile using optimized postscript.

Hi Kelvin,

Your DirectSmile dongle is plugged in and activated right?

If you go into the help from DirectSmile is it running in demo mode or full mode? And you do have credits left for the DirectSmile correct?

Let us know.

Regards,

The dongle is plugged in. I am not sure if it's activated or not. I clicked on Help/Tools/Product Activation. Click Next 2 times and it said "Version has been successfully activated". But we still got the same error.

Hi Kelvin,

Please note that we support the connection to the DirectSmile only. If you are able to connect to the DirectSmile server and view your images, the PrintShop Mail connector is working.

Any errors outside of the connection is handled by the DirectSmile support team.

You might want to have a look through their forums.

Here is a link I found on google.

http://www.directsmile.com/support/support-request/

That should help you out.

Best Regards,

Best Regards,

Thanks for quick replies. We already contacted DirectSmile before but have not received any replies yet. You guys are very fast. I remember I saw the message somewhere that we have to reinstall PrintShopMail or DirectSmile if we update one of them. So we are re-installing everything now to see if we can solve this issue.

The error window is labeled "PrintShop Mail" on the dialogue. That's why we are asking for both sides.

On our first support request, we got very quick support from you guys. We really appreciate it.
