Oliver Unregistered	Hi, I have a UTF-8 sample data with arabic characters. And when I tried to load it into Design the arabic characters cannot be recognized. Regards, Oliver

Jeff_K Unregistered	Oliver, UTF8 is not supported as an input type for PlanetPress Design. However, you can try using the Translator feature of PlanetPress Workflow (under Actions) to convert UTF8 to a supported codepage. Please review the codepages supported in Design to decide what output format to try.

Jeff_K Unregistered	If configured correctly, very accurate. As always, initial proofing of the converted files is worthy to ensure proper configuration.
